Artist Statement
“My mission is simple, to paint natures everyday landscape in an expressive and colourful way. In that simplicity is the adventure of exploring new places, meeting people and cultures, to experience endangered environments and to record this living history for future generations.

The tour is in May, early summer and we travel from Kalymnos, north to Samos, fully tutored and guided. We are doing a sketch book tour with pen and wash, pastel and more. No experience needed, just a love of travel, good company, great food and new experiences. All the details are available for you by emailing oakleyfineart@gmail.com |

" Quality is never an accident. It is always the result of intelligent effort." John Ruskin
An Ethical Art Practice.
"Here at Oakley Fine Art we pride ourselves on being an ethical arts practice. Our values reflect how we work with artists and collectors to gain the results they are after. We believe in a sustainable future for all and are working toward a "green" studio. Recycling is part of our strategy to minimise waste. We run on solar power during the day, returning the excess to the grid. There is more happening, on a smaller scale each day to make our enviromental impact as small as possible while giving the best value and satisfaction. " Karol Oakley
